Atty. Mohammad A. Owaynat
Managing Attorney
Growing up as one of ten siblings instilled in me a deep compassion for others and a commitment to helping without expecting anything in return. These are values that now guide my work as a trial attorney. From an early age, I trained in martial arts, earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do by thirteen. This journey taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence—qualities that have become the foundation of my approach to both life and work.
Just as I trained tirelessly to become a champion Tae Kwon Do fighter, I continue to train relentlessly in my legal practice, constantly enhancing my skills and knowledge. I’ve had the opportunity to pursue advanced trial skills training through respected programs such as the Gerry Spence Method, Harvard’s Negotiation Programs, Trial Lawyer University, and others to continually improve my advocacy, negotiation, and trial skills in service of our clients. I also continue to expand my knowledge and abilities by attending programs, networking, and consistently seeking new ways to grow professionally.
In the courtroom, I approach advocacy much like stepping into the ring, with focus, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to fight for what’s right. It is our duty and privilege to stand up for the injured, the vulnerable, and the voiceless. We are honored to be entrusted with the responsibility of seeking justice for those who have been wronged.
