Do not minimize your ailments because complete information is the best way a doctor can help you. You should keep track of every treatment facility you are seen at after the incident.
  3. RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS– Please keep a daily or weekly record of your complaints and progress. This will be extremely helpful later so you can recall more vividly the pains and struggles each day. Keeping a pain journal is an easy and quick way to keep track of your ailments and struggles caused by this injury.
